Asbestos

Asbestos is generic term for fibriform mineral such as amosite, chrysotile, crocidolite, and the fibrous varieties of tremolite, actinolite, and anthophyllite. The one of the fibriform mineral, chrysotile, is included serpentine family, and the others are included amphibole family. Asbestos in all forms is harmful and could cause cancer.

Asbestos is scentless, odorless and is superior in thermal resistance. Asbestos is chemically noon-flammable and never evaporated or melted. Therefore, Asbestos had been used in material of building, frictional materials and thermal resistance textile products etc.
